What determines logistics sub-degree students’ decision to pursue a bachelor’s degree?

With the growing importance of logistics industry and increasing demand for professionals with a bachelor’s degree qualification, government in China have long been looking ways to attract more sub-degree students pursue higher education. This article aims provide insights into factors that determine students’ intention degree. The study extended theory reasoned action (TRA) model include four variables, namely perceived difficulty, job opportunities, starting salary genuine interest. findings from involving 361 three institutions show decision is determined by attitude, subjective norm, Genuine interest identified as new precursor intention. also there significant difference between different types programmes. Based on findings, this proposes some measures relevant parties motivate further their at level.
